My Kiet Truong (abbreviated as MKT) has specialized in software and marketing consulting over the years. A key strength of MKT is her multilingual capability in German, English, and Chinese. Language services such as interpreting, document translation, and proofreading are offered as part of the software and marketing consulting portfolio, completing the service offering.

MKT has more than 25 years of professional experience gained in purchasing as well as in internal and external sales roles. Originally trained as an office administrator in the goods trade, she has primarily worked in the IT sector since 2001. She also has a solid theoretical background in information technology, earned through her part-time master’s degree in “Business Administration and Information Management” with a focus on “Marketing and Media Management” at the University of Applied Sciences in Salzburg. Her bachelor’s degree in Sinology, completed at the University of Vienna in 2016, complements her IT expertise with a specialization in digitalization in China—an especially relevant area in today’s AI and robotics landscape. Having spent several years abroad in China, MKT possesses B2-C1 level spoken and written Mandarin skills, and is business fluent in English due to regular multi-week stays in the USA (NYC).

Since 2012, MKT has implemented a number of complex software projects in collaboration with nearshore, offshore, and on-site development teams, gaining valuable project references in both the regulated financial sector (banking & insurance) and the automotive industry.

Privately, MKT is an athlete who takes great joy in pushing herself to the limit and discovering her own boundaries. What makes her special is that she not only runs long distances but, due to an injury, also learned how to swim freestyle and is now able to cover impressive distances in open water. MKT has a deep love for plants, and gardening is her favorite hobby, it helps her relax and reduce stress.
